Start 2024 off right! Join Elianae for a morning workshop that is based around low-impact Pilates, Core, and Glute exercises, and utilizes resistance bands, wall pilates, and the ballet barre! Handouts of all exercises will be given to all participants, and you are sure to find a favorite exercise. Saturday, January 20, 9-10:30am. Cost: $25.00. Resistance bands, pilates ball, wall and ballet barre will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and get out those legwarmers!
Cross training and strengthening your muscles is so important for dancers, it helps you dance better for longer! Elianae is trained in rehab for special populations, and modifications will be provided for all levels of fitness. Lift that derriere and learn how to exercise all the muscles of your abs, as well as improve posture and stretch.
