Bellydance and Yoga Sessions at Kisses Dance Studio -

We have an exciting new schedule for 2021! All classes are ongoing starting Jan 7th. 

Thursday  - NEW DAY/TIME FOR 2021! 

FREE Try it out sessions on Jan 7th and Jan 14th

Barre Fitness - Thursday 6-7pm

Beginner Bellydance - Thursday 7-8pm


All levels Yoga Saturday 9:15am

Intermediate Bellydance - Saturday 10:15am 


Time to get out of the house and do something for YOU! Great for busy Mom "me" time while your kiddo is in class!

We at Kisses encourage responsible social distancing and mitigation practices. We will have a limited class size, and ZOOM classes available.


Class Descriptions


Barre - This Barre class will be a hybrid of yoga style stretching, blended with strengthening the core with pilates-based ab exercises, strengthening at the barre utilizing body weight and resistance bands. A perfect combo of stretch and burn targeting the glutes and legs!

Yoga - the Vinyasa Flow style yoga class is perfect for beginners (please bring a Yoga mat), and incorporates wonderful stretching yoga poses and cumulates with a meditation. Feel relaxed, stretched, and find balance all while getting a great workout at the same time!

Bellydance - Bellydance class is a TON of fun, and open to all! Have some fun learning some sassy dance moves. Learn snake arms, shimmies, fun hip movements and more! No experience required. You're gonna LOVE this class!

Intermediate Bellydance - we build on foundational movements and add finger cymbals, props such as veils, cane and sword, and work on performance choreogrpahies. Those new to bellydance should take at least 6-8 sessions of beginner lessons before joining this class.
