An energetic blend of the Mindfulness and stretchiness of Yoga blended with the Core work and effectiveness of Pilates, all set to upbeat music! Open to all Fitness Levels. Low impact yet pure results!



Feel like a ballerina with this fun upbeat low-impact set of toning, glute and core work set AT the Barre. See what all the hype is about. Barre is extremely effective at torching calories while aligning the spine and sculpting abs and a lifted posterior. No experience necessary!
