Please join us for these fun 4 week Bellydance sessions at Synergy's beautiful Wellness studio! These relaxing and fun classes is a great way to unwind.  Elianae will lead you through hipwork, isolations, arms, shimmies and more. Space is extremely limited, and social distancing and cleaning procedures will be  in place for safety.  Any questions about class placement or course content please contact Elianae. 

Bellydance and Yoga Sessions at Kisses Dance Studio - Saturdays, August 1- October 3 starting at 9am

Enjoy Saturday morning Yoga at 9:15am, followed by Bellydance class at 10:15am! We are excited to offer these classes and are offering FREE sessions on August first and 8th to give it a try! Time to get out of the house and do something for YOU! Great for busy Mom "me" time while your kiddo is in class!

We at Kisses encourage responsible social distancing and mitigation practices. We will have a limited class size, remote classes available, and a green space available for an outside practice, as well!

Our 9:15am Vinyasa Flow style yoga class is perfect for beginners (please bring a Yoga mat), and incorporates wonderful stretching yoga poses and cumulates with a meditation. Feel relaxed, stretched, and find balance all while getting a great workout at the same time!

10:15am Bellydance class is a TON of fun, and open to all! Have some fun learning some sassy dance moves. Learn snake arms, shimmies, fun hip movements and more! No experience required. You're gonna LOVE this class!
